divh2Security Officer / Shuttle Bus Driver - Security - Full-Time/h2pThe Security Officer / Shuttle Bus Driver is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of personnel, property, and assets while providing reliable transportation services. This position will conduct a variety of hospital security functions including security dispatch communications, security camera operations, visitor control technological programs and applications interface, fire protection program operations and baby security programs monitoring. It will also involve technical level on-site training in support of security positions requirements. This position will operate shuttle buses safely and in compliance with traffic laws and company policies. This dual-role position requires vigilance, professionalism, and excellent customer service skills. Fulfills all additional tasks required as directed by the Security Manager and Security supervisor./ppRequirements:/pulliHigh school diploma or equivalent is preferred./liliValid LA license and excellent driving record; CDL preferred./liliSecurity or transportation experience preferred./li/ulpResponsibilities:/pulliMonitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent unauthorized access, theft, or vandalism./liliRespond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies./liliConduct security checks of buildings, parking lots, and restricted areas./liliMaintain accurate logs and prepare incident reports./liliOperate shuttle busses safely and in compliance with traffic laws and company policies./liliTransport employees and visitors between designated locations on schedule./liliPerform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and cleanliness./liliMaintain accurate records of mileage, fuel usage, and passenger count./liliAny other duties as assigned by Womans Hospital./li/ulpSchedule:/ppMonday - Friday/pp6:00 AM - 2:00 PM/ppPay Range:/ppHourly/Non-Exempt/pp$14.00 $20.00; based on work experience/ppA Work Experience with Purpose/ppWomans is one of the largest specialty hospitals for women and infants in the United States.
