Responsibilities職務内容

• Manage Front Office operations to ensure smooth daily performance in line with forecasted occupancy

• Supervise staffing levels rosters productivity and team organization

• Identify training needs and drive continuous service improvement

• Foster a positive motivated work environment and promote teamwork

• Actively collect guest feedback and coordinate with relevant departments to enhance guest satisfaction

• Oversee daily operations including Night Audit duties

• Conduct regular inspections of the lobby public areas and back-of-house (BOH)

• Ensure safety and security by responding appropriately to emergencies in cooperation with the Security team

Qualifications応募資格

• Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English; Japanese language proficiency equivalent to JLPT N2 or higher is required

• Must be able to communicate effectively in Japanese in a business environment

• Must already hold a valid work authorization permitting employment in Japan

• Minimum 3 years of Front Office experience including at least 1 year as a Duty Manager in an international-class hotel

• Experience using Opera PMS

• Strong customer-oriented mindset with proven leadership and team-building skills

• Flexible proactive and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• 日本語および英語でのビジネスレベルのコミュニケーション能力を有する方
  日本語能力試験JLPTN2相当以上必須

• 日本語での業務上のコミュニケーションに支障がないこと

• 既に日本で就労可能な有効な在留資格を取得していること必須

• 国際基準のホテルにおいてフロントオフィス経験3年以上Duty Managerとしての経験1年以上

• Opera PMSの使用経験を有する方

• 顧客志向でリーダーシップおよびチームビルディングに優れた方

• 柔軟性と主体性を持ちスピード感のある環境で働ける方

• Overtime allowance : Overtime allowance shall be based on actual overtime hours
• Bonus : Determination of the payment of bonus shall be based on the business performance of SLTY the Shangri-La Group and individual performance of the Employee.

• Transportation fare : Actual public transportation fare required to report at the office and to return back home shall be paid (Maximum JPY 30000.-).
• Merit Salary Increment : Salary shall be reviewed once a year based on the achievement of each Employee according the Companys discretion.
