Job Title: Bilingual Sales Consultant – Quantum-Spirituality Transformation

Location: Fully Remote

Role Type: Full Time (Flexible hours)

The Role:

• Conduct 1-call close consultations for a $3,000 transformation program
• Manage a remote calendar and lead pipeline
• Follow up with prospects and provide guidance aligned with our clients values
• Sell with integrity and deep alignment with the mission of personal and spiritual transformation

The Ideal Candidate:

• Bilingual in French (Canada) and English
• 1+ year experience closing high-ticket coaching, consulting, or transformation offers
• Passionate about quantum physics, personal development, or spiritual growth
• Remote-ready: clean background, high-quality mic/camera, punctual
• Self-motivated and able to manage leads with little oversight

Compensation:

OTE = $110K - $150K/yr with upside potential for top performers (commission-only role)

• This includes a $5k/mo draw for the first 60 days of ramp up
• Commissions are tiered between 10%-15% depending on your close rate
