Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Software Engineer in the FinTech division, you will be responsible for the following:

• Collaborating with the development team to design software solutions
• Selecting technologies such as frameworks and programming languages
• Passing on knowledge of selected technologies and the architecture built
• Supporting product development and implementing in-house solutions
• Developing and managing high-performance systems, databases, and applications
• Creating high-level APIs and writing clean, maintainable code
• Testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and upgrading software
• Understanding and applying best practices for security and data protection
• Creating technical documentation

Project Examples

• Modernization of banking accounting systems (Technologies: Azure/GCP multi-cloud, Java/Kotlin, Spring)
• Building BaaS APIs: Enabling the expansion of embedded finance (Technologies: GCP, Java/Kotlin, Spring)
• E-money system: Building a large-scale transaction processing system from scratch for major retailers (Technologies: GCP, Go, Java/Spring)
• New online-based financial services for a major financial institution (Technologies: Azure, C#/.Net Core, ASP.NET, TypeScript/Vue.js)

Tech Stack

• Languages: Java, Kotlin, JavaScript, TypeScript, Go, C#, etc.
• Frameworks: Spring, Vue.js, Nuxt.js, .NET Framework, etc.
• Cloud: AWS, GCP, Azure

Team Structure
You’ll work in small project teams of 5–8 members, including client-side developers, using an agile development approach based on Scrum.

スキル・資格

Requirements

Must-Have:

1. Experience with at least one of the following frameworks or languages:
   ・Spring (Java or Kotlin)
   ・Vue.js or Nuxt.js or Quasar
   ・Go
   ・C# .NET, ASP .NET

2. Over 10 years of experience as a software engineer or in a similar role.

3. Cloud infrastructure experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

Nice-to-Have:

• Leadership skills
• Experience with Agile development style
• Experience with projects using microservices or event-driven architecture
• Japanese proficiency at conversational level (N3 or above)
