As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols throughout residential apartment communities. Your visible presence and commitment to exceptional customer service will help create a welcoming environment for residents and visitors. This is a driving post, so you will navigate the property as part of your patrol responsibilities while upholding our values of teamwork, integrity, and putting people first.

What You'll Do:

+ Provide customer service to residents and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies when appropriate.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting a positive environment for residents.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.

+ Document and report security-related incidents, unusual activities, and maintenance concerns according to established protocols.

+ Communicate professionally with residents, visitors, and property management to address inquiries and provide assistance as needed.

+ Follow all Allied Universal and site-specific procedures to support a secure and welcoming environment at the residential location.

Minimum Requirements:

+ At least one year of security-related experience is required.

+ A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
