Job Description

- Hands-on experience with modern IAM tools like SailPoint Drive automated provisioning, access certifications, and compliance reporting using SailPoint IdentityNow or similar platforms.
- High-impact role bridging Audit, Security, and IT teams Collaborate closely with Internal Audit, IT Controls, Basis, and Security teams to embed controls into SAP projects and continuously improve governance maturity.
Annual Salary: 8 Million Yen and above
Job Qualification:
- Define, implement, and monitor SAP access control frameworks in line with JSOX and SOX requirements.
- Conduct periodic SoD analysis, risk identification, and mitigation across SAP systems.
- Work with business and security teams to design compliant SAP roles and resolve SoD conflicts.
- Maintain SoD ruleset, update controls for new business processes, and align with global standards.
- Utilize SailPoint IdentityNow (or similar IAM tools) for automated provisioning, certification, and compliance reporting.
- Collaborate with Internal Audit and IT Controls teams during JSOX testing, walkthroughs, and evidence collection.
- Develop and monitor IT controls related to user access, system changes, and sensitive transactions.
- Ensure control documentation, test scripts, and evidence meet internal and external audit requirements.
- Support remediation of control failures, define preventive actions, and track resolution progress.
- Monitor compliance KPIs, report risk trends, and drive continuous improvement in access governance.
- Eartner with Basis and Security teams during SAP projects to ensure controls are embedded in design.
- Stay current with JSOX/SOX regulations, SAP control best practices, and tool enhancements in SailPoint.
