Commission-Only SaaS Sales – AI for Recruiters (US Market)

Location: Canada (Remote)

Type: Commission-Only | Full-time or Part-time

(20% of revenue of Year 1, 15% Year 2, 10% Year 3. Average revenue per company with more than 50 recruiters will be 100K per year, and 20K will be your commission for Year 1.)

What You’ll Be Selling

JobTalk.ai is an AI Voice Agent built specifically for recruiters and talent acquisition teams .

Our platform enables recruiters to make thousands of outbound calls in minutes , automate candidate outreach and pre-qualification, and dramatically increase recruiter productivity.

This is not generic AI.

This is purpose-built AI for staffing firms and in-house recruiting teams .

Target Customers

You will sell to:

  • Staffing & recruitment agencies (all sizes)
  • Direct employers with in-house recruiters
  • Talent acquisition and HR teams in the US

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for experienced B2B SaaS sales professionals who:

  • Have prior experience selling SaaS platforms in the US
  • Are comfortable selling to staffing, recruiting, HR, or TA leaders
  • Can operate independently without hand-holding
  • Are motivated by long-term recurring commission income
  • Want flexibility to sell full-time or part-time

This role can be done alongside an existing job , provided there is no conflict of interest .

Compensation (Commission-Only)

  • No base salary
  • Very lucrative 3-year recurring commission plan
  • You earn commissions on every customer you bring in for up to three years
  • Earning potential per customer:
  • $10,000 to $50,000+ per customer, per year , depending on deal size, usage, and account expansion
  • Build a compounding book of business where income grows every year

Ideal Background

  • SaaS sales (HR tech, recruiting tech, or adjacent B2B platforms preferred)

  • Existing relationships in staffing or recruiting is a big plus
