Job Description
This role requires at least two years of experience in software testing, native‑level Korean fluency, and hands‑on expertise across the full testing lifecycle, including test case design, execution, defect tracking, and automation in Python or Swift.
Description
* Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to ensure software quality and reliability.
* Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot issues, participate in code reviews, and ensure testability throughout the software development lifecycle.
* Analyze test results, identify patterns or defects, and deliver detailed reports while supporting final testing for software releases.
* Drive continuous improvement by enhancing testing processes, tools, and practices in alignment with industry standards.
Profile
A successful Automation Testing Engineer should have:
* Background in automation testing (within Technology & Telecom) with proficiency in automation tools, frameworks, and testing methodologies.
* Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle, paired with excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
* Effective communicator and team player with keen attention to detail and a commitment to high‑quality deliverables.
