The Sr. Application Administrator/Developer is responsible for creating and maintaining specialized custom code-based development of Salesforce solutions for Pacific Premier Bank. The individual will work with various business bank stakeholder to design, develop and create improvements by configuration within Salesforce extending beyond low-code options. The ability to work with the business units in gathering requirements, designing a scalable solution, and providing support is crucial in this role.
Additional responsibilities include application release support, troubleshoot production bugs, and peer code review developed for the Salesforce application. The Salesforce application developer needs to have the experience and understanding of Salesforce coding language using tools like Visual Studio, Apex coding, Visualforce, and Lightning Component to develop custom application solutions.

A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum base salary or pay for this position is $44.99/hr. to $67.48/hr. Actual compensation will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
