Franconia JV project.
What you will be doing Leads crew of hourly workers on a project site and manages safety, planning, production and performance of directed construction tasks.
- Crew will be tasked with both drainage and grading responsibilities
- Managing a crew made up of operators and laborers.
- Performs onsite coordination of labor activities, materials and equipment. Requests materials needed for scope of work.
- Supports safety procedures and regulations for assigned personnel and sub-contractors.
- Understands daily production schedule and adjusts work to meet schedule and cost parameters.
- Maintains knowledge of Company's values and strategic plan.
- Performs additional assignments per management's direction.
- expectations are that foreman and crew will be working 10 hour shifts or more. Possibility of switching between day and night shift.
What we are looking for - High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience with project construction tools and equipment safety.

Salary Max USD $45.00/Hr.
Vehicle Program Personal Vehicle Allowance Tier II: $950 USD/month
