Job Responsibility:

Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Commercial Real Estate Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating the buying, selling, and leasing of commercial properties. You will leverage your knowledge of the Edmonton real estate market to provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and expertise. This position requires strong communication skills, a keen understanding of commercial real estate sales and leasing cycle and the ability to negotiate effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, or leasing commercial properties by providing expert guidance throughout the process.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential properties and assess market trends.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication.
  • Prepare property listings, marketing materials, and presentations to showcase available properties.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients while ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
  • Manage property viewings and open houses, providing insights to prospective buyers or tenants.
  • Collaborate with other real estate professionals including appraisers, inspectors, and lenders to facilitate transactions.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using administrative tools.

Skills

  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple listings and client relationships effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly and persuasively.
  • Proficiency in property management practices is a plus.
  • Ability to negotiate favorable terms for clients while maintaining ethical standards.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on building lasting client relationships.
  • Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable for serving diverse clientele.
  • Familiarity with marketing strategies specific to real estate is beneficial.
