Responsibilities

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are looking for an experienced AI Developer to join our team in Tokyo in a hybrid position.

ベクトルデータベース埋め込みドキュメント検索システムを統合しドメイン固有データを使用してLLMの精度を向上させる
Azure上でのスケーラブルなAIアプリケーションの設計開発デプロイ
生成AIRAGパイプラインAIエージェントの活用
Azure AIサービスの統合API管理および本番環境レベルの信頼性パフォーマンス可用性の確保

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Design and implement generative AI solutions
• Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines integrating vector databases embeddings and document retrieval systems to enhance LLM accuracy with domain-specific data.
• Designing developing and deploying scalable AI-driven applications on Azure leveraging Generative AI RAG pipelines and AI agents while integrating Azure AI services managing APIs and ensuring production-grade reliability and performance.

コンピュータサイエンス情報システムまたは関連分野の学士号
5年以上の関連業務経験
日本語ネイティブレベルまたはビジネスレベル読み書き会話リスニング
英語力は必須ではありません
社内外の関係者と効果的に連携できる優れたコミュニケーション能力と対人スキル
複数のプロジェクトを同時に管理できる強力なプロジェクト管理スキル

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Japanese native or fluent (Read/Write/Speak/Hear) English skill is not necessary.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate
  effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
  simultaneously
