About You and this Role

 

You love sales and working the full lifecycle of a deal from prospecting to closing. You love mapping out strategic accounts and finding opportunities to sell within them. You have a passion for innovative technology and stay current with industry trends to provide cutting-edge solutions. Key Objectives

  • Responsible for New and Growth Annual Recurring Revenue

  • Drive the entire sales cycle from initial engagement to close, while developing a deep understanding of specific business operations and decision-making priorities

  • Acquire new customers and secure contracts to achieve assigned sales targets through various channels, including but not limited to calling, face-to-face meetings, networking events etc.

  • Collaborate cross functionally with technical staff, product specialists, Marketing, Design etc.

  • Cultivate strong relationships with our channel and partner companies to deliver full solutions to customers

  • Draft and deliver proposals, RFP/RFI responses in a professional manner

  • Develop and maintain key account plans that identify opportunities, stakeholders, and buying processes

  • Generate accurate forecasts for both optimistic and most likely sales volumes

  • Positively represent the company and its brand through conduct, social media presence, LinkedIn, etc.

Required Qualifications

 

  • Native or equivalent level in Japanese, with business level English

  • 3-5 years of experience in enterprise software sales or solution sales with responsibility of  meeting and exceeding an individual sales quota

  • A proven track record in a sales and/or account manager role, with significant over-quota achievement and demonstrated career stability

  • A proven track record of successfully selling enterprise-level software solution sales (e.g. Content Management, Digital Experience Platform, ERP, CRM, eBusiness and/or eCommerce applications), both in a direct and indirect selling model preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to execute each phase of the sales cycle, from lead generation (cold calling, leveraging of channels and contacts) to lead qualification and sales close

  • High level understanding of enterprise software with ability to work with both technical and business customers

  • University degree or equivalent experience

  • Willingness to travel within assigned territory (<20%)
